To paraphrase FDR, 23 June 2016 remains a day of infamy.
Five years on from the Brexit referendum, which saw 52% of the eligible electorate vote in favour of leaving the European Union, much has happened, but also much has not happened. Now, the FCA says it will “rigorously review all firms seeking UK authorisation”.
