Another area of divergence from the EU has been put forward by a gang of UK regulators in the past week.
The FCA, Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) and Bank of England put out a joint Discussion Paper focused on driving change around diversity and inclusion The challenge for foreign asset managers and those in other areas of finance such as banking and insurance, is that they could fall in scope of new policy, even if the bulk of their activities take place elsewhere.
