Delegation of alternatives

Knowing how the UK might regulate alternative investment funds as it separates its own market from the EU’s single market is going to become even more critical, because the EU is shifting its own rules.

This past week, there were comments from Mairead McGuinness, European Commissioner for Financial Stability, Financial Services and the Capital Markets Union, as to possible changes following on from the AIFMD Review, which concluded earlier this year.
