Between last week's publication of a Review of UK listing rules and this week's latest latest House of Lords Grand Committee debate it is becoming clearer that the politicians are concerned about consumer protection rules in the wake of Brexit, including access to compensation schemes when financial products go wrong. Could that become a future deal-breaker for financial intermediaries pondering foreign funds that leave investors without access to such schemes?
