Signs emerged this past week of UK consumers reverting to the pre-pandemic mean regarding expectations of service levels - a k a complaints about passports lost and delayed by TNT, a delivery business owned by FedEx. Meanwhile, global law firm Taylor Wessing issued a note outlining possible changes to consumer protection law, data protection, and the UK’s competition regime among others. Some of the points raised suggest post Brexit changes that create new challenges and opportunities.
